  I ordered a Nouvelle candle earlier this month. The order arrived promptly, and with no visible damage to the packaging. Unfortunately, when my wife opened the package on Christmas morning, the base of the urn had broken off completely. I called Nouvelle the next day, expecting the worst. Imaging how pleased I was when the woman on the other end of the line not only apologized, but then told me she would be sending out a replacement immediately. No questions asked. Needless to say, I'll be a Nouvelle client for life!!
